Pick of the week - Thomas

Here's a cheapie!  And we like it too.  Listed with Swanley Brokerage is nb Thomas - click here.
We've been looking at what is available in a lower price bracket and were pleased to stumble across this one.

Positives : the price, blue paintwork, we like the name Thomas
Negatives : dinette isn't raised, shower over the bath, those kitchen bench tiles

This boat, very similar in age and fit out quality to K-L equates to a £10k loss at the asking price on ours since we bought her at the end of 2008. This would have been unheard of 10 years ago. Now seems definitely the time to buy, the market is sooooo depressed. I watch the market regularly, and the biggest bargain to date was a 2008 57 foot semi-trad, sold via Swanley towards the end of summer, hardley used and in very good condition, changed hands at the final deal for £35k....Wow! I suspect a wise purchase now may even show a profit in 5 years if the economy recovers by then.
