It's an owner fitout, something I don't recall seeing much with ABNB. We would be less likely to look at an owner fitout boat when we come to buy a boat of our own. But, for the price, this one caught our eye.
We particularly like the way the washing machine has been fitted at the top of the stairs at the stern. There is no dinette (just a breakfast bar) but perhaps enough space at the end of the bed to create somewhere for small fold out desk and chair. The boat appears to be light and bright and not too cramped. We like it!

Yes a lovely boat that.
One thing that you need to look at really carefully when you consider a boat is storage space.
There is no way my stuff would fit on that boat. Being a continuous cruiser I have all my worldly goods aboard, and although they are not a tremendous amount, I like to keep my saloon uncluttered.
I have two very large floor to ceiling storage cupboards which are shelved, two wardrobes, one for our clothes and one for our outdoor wear, coats and the like.
When I looked at the pictures of Tranquility the first thing I looked for was storage space, and to me it is quite lacking.
But that is OK as long as you can see areas where you can add extra.
Thanks Sue, it's a very valid comment. I also thought it needs more storage space. I've seen boats with a full height cupboard on the opposite side of the bow door (where the tv is on this boat). We also think if the bed were turned into a cross bed there could be space against the wall where the bedhead is to put a full height cupboard. There's currently wasted space at the end of the bed. Isn't the bathroom also rather extravagant with open space. Ah, dream on....
